Campus & property manager

Maintain the place. Protect the continuity.

Sovereign Shells manages Armonk Professional Center: its buildings, power, fiber, property infrastructure, and virtual-office telecommunications.

The pure manager

The campus works because the fundamentals are managed.

Sovereign Shells maintains the masonry, power, fiber, property infrastructure, and virtual-office telecommunications of Armonk Professional Center. It manages the real estate environment; it does not audit tenant AI workflows.

Nate diagnostics and software orchestration are independently delivered by Native Agentic. Sovereign Shells is a Nate customer, not the software operator.

Property operations

One manager for the physical campus context.

Property management remains distinct from software assessment. That separation keeps accountability clear for tenants, partners, and operators.

Manage the campus

Coordinate day-to-day property operations across Armonk Professional Center, including the shared physical context of 355 and 357 Main.

Discuss property management

Maintain power and fiber

Steward the building pathways, allocated power, and fiber infrastructure that let qualified physical and virtual nodes operate within the campus.

Discuss property infrastructure

Operate virtual-office telecommunications

Manage eligible business-address and telecommunications services without implying dedicated physical occupancy, software diagnostics, or guaranteed activation.

Nate deployed here

A customer of the engine, not the engine itself.

Sovereign Shells has deployed Nate by Native Agentic to establish the physical sovereign-node context at 355 Main and the virtual-node telecommunications context at 357 Main.

Infrastructure philosophy

Resilience is a form of ownership

Sovereign Shells invests in the physical foundations that let its properties stand on their own — connectivity, power continuity, and the systems occupants depend on.

Those foundations are most visible at 357 Main, the fully leased building that anchors the campus's infrastructure and its virtual-office occupants.

Connectivity
Tier 1 fiber active; Tier 2 fiber available on demand
Continuity
Generator-backed power across the building
Occupancy
Fully leased, anchoring the campus's virtual-office base

Additional capabilities — including on-premises hardware and local deployment options — are planned for a future phase and are not yet available.
